1. Introduction 1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the Stuffed Toy Giveaway ("the Competition") organized by Paperwave ("the Organizer"). By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility 2.1. The Competition is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over. 2.2. Employees of the Organizer, their families, agents, and any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry 3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must provide their full name and email address in the designated entry box on the Organizer's website. 3.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 3.3. Entries must be submitted by the specified closing date. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Prize 4.1. The prize is one stuffed toy. 4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. 4.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organizer's control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection 5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. 5.2. The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days of the closing date. 5.3. If the winner does not respond to the Organizer within 14 days of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Organizer will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6. Privacy 6.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about their Competition entry. 6.2. The Organizer will handle all personal information in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws.

7. Liability 7.1. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. 7.2. The Organizer does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, or software failure of any kind.

8. General 8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions where necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulation or in the event of circumstances beyond the Organizer's control. 8.2. The decision of the Organizer regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 8.3. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
